The company focuses on control technology, where four different systems must be interconnected and controlled. Their projects range from smaller assignments to larger, complex projects such as hospitals, universities, and government buildings, with an average project value between €500,000 and €2,000,000. Most of the projects are located in Flanders, East Flanders, Brussels, the Coast, and Kortrijk.The client works with a mixed team of internal technicians and specialized subcontractors, including a combination of Belgian and foreign workers (many Poles and Romanians). We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join this growing team.The JobAs an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing installations, troubleshooting, and performing technical maintenance on HVAC systems. You will work with heating systems, air conditioning, heat pumps, and cooling installations. You will ensure timely and accurate reporting of work, both internally (via tablet) and to the client. You will report to the service coordinator and often work on large projects such as schools, cultural centers, and government buildings. What We Expect From YouYou hold a diploma in the field of electricity and have experience with HVAC installations (minimum required experience).You have knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems, ventilation, heating, cooling, and sanitary systems, and you understand control technologies where multiple systems must be interconnected.You have the ability to read technical plans and can effectively communicate with clients in English.You have a customer-oriented mindset and can work well under pressure, paying attention to detail and quality in execution.You are willing to further develop yourself within the HVAC sector and learn about new technologies such as heat pumps and air/water systems.You hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle, as you need to be able to travel to various project sites.Working in an international environment is no problem for you, and you are accustomed to collaborating with a diverse group of subcontractors.What We Offer YouA full-time position with an attractive salary and benefits from Joint Committee 124 (Construction): loyalty bonuses, health insurance, additional pension, eco vouchers, 20 vacation days + 12 recovery days.A dynamic and varied job with room for continuous training and a healthy work-life balance.The opportunity to work on large, complex projects and expand your experience.A stable and family-oriented work environment where recognition and cooperation are central.
