Your Role
* Assist customers remotely with technical issues and malfunctions.
* Take over systems remotely to provide fast and effective support.
* Work alongside project engineers to solve complex project-specific issues.
* Support colleagues with technical challenges.
* Plan and coordinate service assignments on-site.
* Prepare after-sales quotations and manage SLA contracts.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
* Recent graduates are not eligible for this role.
* Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, and Sinamics drives. Familiarity with Beckhoff or other PLC systems is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
* You live in the area of Waregem.
