Your mission
As a Lead Data Engineer, your role is to help the improve and rebuild of the Financial Controlling Data Services. You work towards creating a unified and reliable source of data for all specialized services. You assist ETL Engineers in building reusable data products that follow CI/CD practices. You ensure the technical quality of all team deliverables and promote a culture of excellence.
Your main activities
Analyze and document existing data flows and processes, identify issues, propose solutions, and implement or track them.
Participate in defining the target solution based on common data products, advocating for a single source of truth.
Convert business requirements into solutions and collaborate with data architects, modelers, developers, and analysts.
Maintain and support the evolution of the current solution while developing the target solution.
Guide development and review deliverables (flows, documentation, processes), ensuring they are reusable and meet high standards.
Improve data CI/CD pipelines
Ensure the quality of deliverables and maintain automated testing.
Your qualifications
Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering (BAC + 5)
Fluent in English and French
Extensive experience with ETL tools, especially Oracle Data Integrator;
Ability to read and update logical and physical data models
Experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Release Management
Advanced SQL knowledge
General knowledge of banking
Experience with T24 data implementation/exploitation is a plus
