As a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager - Pharma, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Collect, analyse and reports Sales & Marketing data to the commercial & Marketing teams.
* Manage data and ensure their accuracy in the CRM Tools to build and maintain client relationships.
* Develop & optimise the utilisation of CRM tools: Propose relevant and effective dashboards, weekly and monthly reports to the Commercial & Marketing Teams.
* Act as a Business Partner - Use Data reports to propose Sales & Marketing insights.
* Provide training to the CRM local users.
* Collaborate with the different Business Units to collect information and understand their business's needs.
* Collaborate with the global CRM community to share improvements proposals and optimiser the automation of CRM tools.
* Collaborate with the IT Teams to ensure issues and deviations are reported and handled without delay.
As a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager - Pharma, you will have the following profile:
* A Master degree in IT, Economics, Commercial Sciences, marketing or related fields
* 3-5 years of experiences in Sales operations or Marketing excellence positions
* Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing concepts
* Previous experiences with CRM Software - Preferably with SalesForce
* Strong analytic skills & interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive in proposing insights and solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Fluent written and Spoken in English and French/Dutch
