Functieomschrijving As a team leader for the ICT helpdesk and application management, you lead the first line team members and actively participate in activities when necessary. Together with your team, you ensure seamless support for users of ICT systems and applications. You stay attentive, along with your team members, to the internal clients'' needs and expectations: you take a proactive approach and/or analyze tickets to adjust workflows and processes accordingly. You report recurring issues to the helpdesk & application management manager and work with your ICT colleagues to develop structural solutions. Profiel You have experience managing first line ICT teams. You hold a bachelor''s degree. You are a passionate team leader who can motivate your team members.
