Project / Change manager – Credit roadmap
Short description
CRO is looking for a dedicated change & project manager to lead the execution of credit related initiatives, according to the established roadmap. Under an initial 6 months short term/internal assignment setup, the person would report to and work closely with the CRO as well as multiple teams within the financial risk area.
Main responsibilities
·Coordinate the execution of different initiatives and ensure on-time delivery
·Manage and deal with risks linked to the program
·Communicate across the organization and coordinate the interaction with different stakeholders at all levels.
·Pro-actively steering, driving and delivering to execute and implement
·You work closely together with Risk Senior managers and experts / leads to avoid silos between teams and to achieve synergies (cross-fertilization and efficiencies).
·You strengthen the “way of working” for delivery while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model.

What we are looking for
·Rounded professional, experienced in managing organizational change, who has effectively led the implementation of other projects or programs
·Credit Risk understanding with broader banking / risk knowledge
·Strong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, stakeholder management up to board levels (. across domains) and effective communication (in a way that builds interest and commitment)
·Resilience, the ability to deal with significant ambiguity in a complex and changing environment with a focus on collaboration
·Ability to deliver outcomes and benefits related to strategic objectives
