As a Project QHSE Officer you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our offshore projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.

7. Provide support to the project team for all QHSE related matters
8. Ensure that personnel use the latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA, etc.
9. Project QHSE reporting, KPI and communications with Project management and vessel
10. Participating in meetings and toolboxes onboard and on site
11. Investigation incidents & non-conformities
12. Engage the supervisors and workforce to actively participate in HSE matters and campaigns
13. Carry out HSE inspections on the work floor and ensure proper reporting, communication and follow-up of the findings
14. Management SHOC cards on board/on site
15. You have a proven track record in HSE in high risk industries, preferably in Offshore Wind or Heavy Logistics
16. Experience with Lifting Operations is an asset
17. You have a valid Offshore certification – Full Basic GWO course
18. You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
19. You speak English fluently.

Technical Equipment Supervisor
The Technical Equipment Supervisor (TES), is the main responsible person for the technical state of the Cable Burial Tool (CBT), whether on the vessel during operations or on shore during maintenance and modifications. The TES is also the main responsible person on the vessel to execute burial in accordance with the agreed burial methodology and has a key role in the optimization of the burial process, improvement program for the trencher and the training of the operational crew.

Naval Architect for Offshore Operations
As a Naval Architect you will assess the workability limits of the offshore operations. The workability is a key element in the feasibility during the tender phase and is also one of the most important drivers in the decision making process during project execution.
