Role Description
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated IT Solution Architect to optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to address organizational challenges. The role involves daily collaboration with IT business units, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
* Develop an understanding of existing IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
* Streamline workflows by implementing innovative technical solutions.
* Engage with stakeholders to update them on IT development processes and costs.
* Drive organization-wide process optimization to meet business goals.
* Regularly evaluate existing and emerging technologies.
* Design and test technical architecture.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify problem areas and propose IT solutions.
* Develop and review code, ensuring comprehensive IT documentation.
* Partner with teams across business functions to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Communicate concerns and suggestions to IT senior management and governance bodies.
* Support procurement processes and policies.
* Manage and report on project financial performance.
* Establish, update, and maintain security processes and procedures with team members and third-party vendors.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering IT Architect Solutions and/or developments.
* Strong knowledge of architecture and IT infrastructure components (servers, network, storage, security).
* Familiarity with Cloud technologies, platforms, and tools (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
* Experience with coding languages, scripting, operating systems, and databases.
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong interest in designing creative solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to organize and prioritize critical projects.
* Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27*, CIS CSC, or similar Cyber and/or Information Security Frameworks, and SOC2, GDPR for risk management is a plus.
Working Hours
During normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 7h60 hrs/day – 38hrs/week).
Teleworking allowed after a running-in period, following a 50/50 regime.
