What youll do
As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products. Your role is to build strong relationships, drive engagement and identify new opportunities for upselling and cross selling while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Manage +/ 1,5m in booking and generate 200k new ARR yearly.
Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and building trust and loyalty. Collaborate with your internal support team, implementation team and marketing team to maximize efficiency and potential.
* Renewals and Retention: Proactively engage and conduct regular check ins with customers to ensure high renewal rates and minimize churn. Address any concerns or issues that may affect customer satisfaction and develop strategies to retain customers.
* Customer Adoption and Expansion: Drive product adoption by regularly checking in with your customers to understand their goals and recommend best practices. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling products to drive revenue growth and meet your revenue targets.
ABOUT YOU
Background
* Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through cross sell and upsell initiatives.
* Scale up experience in a fast paced, high growth environment is a plus.
* Youre independent, entrepreneurial, hands on, ambitious and have experience in a grass roots business development role
* You have a customer first mindset and the ability to analyze customer data and identify revenue opportunities.
* 3+ years of experience in account management or business development in a B2B SaaS environment with complex sales cycles.
Skills
* Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM), LinkedIn SalesNav and other sales tools is a plus
* Empathy and active listening skills
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Closing skills
* Language requirements: Fluency in English and German AND/OR French is required. Ideally, we are looking for someone who speaks all three languages, but candidates who are fluent in English plus one of the other two (French or German) will also be considered.
