Step into the world of integration as our new Integrator, where you’ll be the architect of our digital identity. Your role is not just about implementing an identity provisioning tool, it’s about creating a secure, seamless, and efficient environment for our users. You’ll be the bridge between people and technology, ensuring that every user has the right access to the right resources at the right time. You’ll work closely with various teams, understanding their needs, and translating them into technical solutions. It’s a role that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of identity management.
Where will you be in the organization?
The division: Group CIO creates the link between technology and business strategy and priorities, defines the technology operating model for AXA, sets global and local architecture, applications, and infrastructure standards, and leads the definition and execution of global technology strategy and technology lifecycle to enable innovation and business growth.
The department / team: You will join IGP (Identity Global Products), the IT department in charge of providing Identity Products across the AXA Organization.
We are responsible for managing and transforming products allowing for the group:
1. Identity Provisioning & Authorizations: Creating, managing, and deactivating user accounts and roles across various systems and applications in the organization.
2. Authentication: Implementing technologies and processes that verify the identity of users and systems.
3. Access Management: Ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to specific resources and information, including managing permissions and access controls.
4. Security: Protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential breaches by implementing robust identity and access management policies and procedures.
5. Compliance: Ensuring the organization meets various regulatory requirements related to identity management and data protection.
In essence, the IT Identity Department is the guardian of the company’s digital identity, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. It’s a critical function that helps maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company’s information assets.
About the job
Job purpose: The Integrator is a key player in shaping the organization’s digital identity landscape, driving efficiency, security, and compliance through the effective implementation of the identity provisioning tool. It combines technical skills with a strategic understanding of identity and access management in the context of the organization’s broader objectives.
Main missions: Your responsibilities include:
1. Technical Implementation: Responsible for the technical aspects of implementing the solution, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
2. Process Automation: Automating identity management processes to streamline and reduce manual effort and errors.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, including IT, HR, and Security, to ensure the identity provisioning tool meets their needs.
4. Maintenance: Maintaining and enhancing the new AXA global platform and its documentation according to Product lifecycle, roadmap, and projects.
5. Operations: Managing complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) and training BAU teams on standard operations.
6. Changes: Supporting during the demand management process, analyzing client requirements against existing use cases and scoping the effort to execute the demand.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience:
1. 5 years of proven successful experience in Information security / IAM as a specialist or expert in large-scale organizations in a Shared-Services setup.
2. Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform.
3. Proven experience with CA Identity Manager, Identity governance, and Identity portal.
4. Expertise in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java, and Middleware recommended to manage existing technical environments.
Technical skills:
1. Expertise in IAM concepts, solutions, and services: identity management & authorizations, authentication/access control.
2. Familiarity with network, workplace, and infrastructure domains.
3. Experience in programming languages.
4. Familiarity with Project Management and Service Management practices.
Soft skills / transversal skills:
1. Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international/multi-cultural environment.
2. Service-oriented with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service.
3. Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders while maintaining good relationships.
4. Analytical skills to drive the continuous improvement objective of the products towards a global shared service.
5. Fluent written & spoken English; a second language is a plus.
