We seek a SharePoint Administrator to provide level 2/3 support, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless infrastructure performance.
Responsabilities
You manage and support a complex SharePoint Subscription Edition farm (3x18 servers).
You ensure the level 2/3 support with your ability to analyse complex incidents and problems.
You are responsible of the correct SharePoint Infrastructure Patching (OS and application), and you ensure a technological watch.
Your collaboration skills allow you to manage and administer the farms and the different applications around it (Antivirus, backups...) with the help of other teams (SharePoint Developers, DBAs...).
You create, on request (ticketing system), new site collections and maintain the scripts that have been written for the day to day tasks and create new ones if needed.
You write documentations and procedures and you share your knowledge to level 1 support (Service Desk).
Profile
Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset
Technical skills
Mandatory:
Expérience with SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / Subscription Edition
Good knowledge of MSSQL
Scripting PowerShell + Transact-SQL
Windows Server
