Position
Partner up with the Sales Teams to drive sales execution and strategy
1. You are responsible for the monthly sales and margin reporting. You provide accurate management information and reporting.
2. You monitor monthly performance and explain variances or irregularities when comparing with the budget.
3. You take the lead in the preparation and coordination of the yearly sales budget process. You consequently provide monthly forecasts, and monitor goals and objectives.
4. As a real business partner to the Commercial Teams, you participate actively in the individual business reviews .
5. You advise on financial consequences of margin optimization and customer profitability.
6. You drive the implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards and you care for data accuracy and process standardization.
Profile
7. You hold relevant experience in a controlling role (financial, commercial, business).
8. Your mindset is highly analytical, precise and accurate.
9. You are a team-player and have excellent communication skills: you have impact because of your style and your expertise.
10. You like a pragmatic working environment and take matters into your own hands.
11. You are a master in Microsoft Office applications and preferably have experience with working in SAP tools and Power BI.
