This internship provides insight into the role of an employee within internal HR and will offer you a valuable first learning/work experience in the business world. You will have multiple opportunities to get to know the workings of AB InBev by participating in our business briefings, events, or networking moments.
Our team is ready to support you and help you discover and develop your professional competencies. By providing you with the necessary tools, you will be a professional employee ready for your future career at the end of your internship.
Some of the tasks you will be performing:
- Recruitment.
- Onboarding.
- Organizational management .
- Leave management and other suspensions.
- Offboarding.
- Answering employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Gathering, modifying, and sharing information about People processes on our internal SharePoint (PowerPoint, Toolkits...).
- Bi-weekly improvements: various projects each lasting two weeks.
Projects:
- A project will be initiated based on your own interests and the company's needs.
- In the past, projects have been carried out around Change Management, Rewards, implementation of HR Internal Systems, onboarding processes.

Who are we looking for?
- An enthusiastic intern with a genuine passion for the beer industry, who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- We seek someone who possesses a proactive approach, is unafraid to take initiative, and has a proven track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, working with precision and taking full ownership of their responsibilities.
- Interest in operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector is a definite plus.
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months starting in June 2024 .
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, as the internship will be associated with their academic curriculum.
- Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with a strong command of English, is required.
