Join us as a Student Business Development Representative and kickstart your career! In this role, you’ll help identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and turning leads into opportunities for our sales team. You’ll learn to fine-tune your approach to target the right customers, gain a deep understanding of who they are, and share our company’s value in a way that resonates with them. You’ll also ensure our CRM data stays top-notch and work with other teams to improve how we bring our services to market.

Your mission
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as e-mails, phone calls and social selling, as well as accompanying the pipeline conversion
* Continuous optimization of your outbound strategies to address potential customers professionally and always keep their needs in mind
* Lead qualification from campaigns and development of these into sales opportunities for our field sales team
* Development and regular improvement of your own understanding of the ICP (ideal customer profile) of stp.one/Knowliah, the value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one
* Collaborating with C-level decision-makers in our target market (C-level, General Counsel, etc.)
* Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system
* Cross-departmental collaboration across the entire go-to-market team and optimization of processes from acquisition, list building, and outreach to lead processing and lead qualification
