Working in the Operations Partner Management team:
The Operations Partner Management team is responsible for the qualitative delivery of all service demands of our stakeholders via a broad set of partners. As a team, we govern these partnerships and follow-up their performance.
Classical subcontractor management via KPIs & SLAs is just the beginning. We are open to true partnerships and tirelessly explore transformations & innovations to improve both the cost structure & upgrade the quality of our operations. Your role as Service Delivery Manager:
* Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the link between internal stakeholders and operational partners, developing strategies that pave the way for success.
* Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure the correct execution of operational activities by pro-actively monitoring service deliveries; analyzing and adjusting processes in alignment with SLAs and budgetary constraints.
* Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Explore new ideas, test and learn, and continuously adapt based on insights gained.
Our ideal Service Delivery Manager:
* Master's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles.
* Hands-on and pragmatic, with a proactive approach to service management.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to seek improvements and transform businesses based on solid budgeting notions.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
* A commitment to contributing to the (r)evolution towards the digital world.
* A team-oriented mindset.
