Hybrid Medical Representative - Regio Mechelen
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists.
* Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory.
* Act upon needs of customers within the range of service possibilities.
* Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
* Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs, specialists, and pharmacists.
* Understand and highlight trends, sharing field/market insights with management.
* Participate in educational and scientific events towards HCPs.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Fluent in regional spoken language and English.
* Go-getter attitude.
* Collaboration & team spirit.
* Commercial Hard Skills:
o Negotiation skills.
o Chase opportunities.
o Account management.
* Service-minded.
* Analytical.
* Quick understanding of software/CRM programs.
