Qualifications
The individual’s qualifications should include, but not be limited to:
* Proven success leading global wholesale or sales operations within the fashion or luxury industry. A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of global markets, retail partnerships, and distribution networks. Strong leadership skills—you know how to build, inspire, and elevate a team. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level partnerships and multimillion-dollar accounts. Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones, adapting to the nuances of each market. Analytical prowess with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform your strategy.
Bonus points for:
* Experience working with luxury fashion brands or high-end retail partners. A network of international contacts within the wholesale space. Fluency in multiple languages.

Tasks
What you will do:
* Wholesale Strategy Development:
o Shape and implement a forward-thinking global wholesale strategy to capture new opportunities and achieve revenue growth.
o Analyze trends and customer insights to identify expansion opportunities across regions.
o Align wholesale initiatives with product launches and global marketing strategies.
* Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead and mentor a high-performing international wholesale team, including sales managers, agents, and coordinators across markets.
o Set clear sales targets, coach the team towards success, and celebrate wins together.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth within your team.
* Partnership Building & Management:
o Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and agents.
o Be the face of the brand for our wholesale partners, driving negotiations and managing key contracts.
o Equip partners with everything they need to succeed—from product training to marketing materials.
* Sales & Revenue Optimization:
o Own the global wholesale sales budget, with full responsibility for forecasting and reporting.
o Dig into the data—regionally, by product line, and by partner—to inform future strategies.
o Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
* Global Market Expansion:
o Scout out new markets and partners, identifying fresh opportunities for growth in emerging regions.
o Tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of each market and manage expansion into new territories.
o Represent the brand at international trade shows, fashion fairs, and other key industry events.
* Brand Integrity & Compliance:
o Uphold the brand’s luxury standards in all wholesale activities, from pricing to product quality.
o Stay informed on international regulations, ensuring full compliance in all markets.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
o Partner closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to synchronize efforts and amplify impact.
o Work with production and logistics to ensure wholesale orders are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
