Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:
For Driving and Shunting, inside the business domain Transport Executions, we are looking for a program manager. The programs deliverables are mobile apps, cloud backend in Azure, Web interfaces and integration with legacy systems. Core activities will be on the D@sh project eDrive, eShunting, eSpeed, Traco, ...
Responsibilities.
- Lead and oversee programs related to mobile app development, cloud backend in Azure, web interfaces, and legacy system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with TDO's goals.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, this senior program manager will also lead and collaborate with the agile team, including Scrum Masters, Solution Designers, Analysts, and Product Owners. Their ability to foster effective teamwork and align agile practices with program goals will be crucial.
Requirements.
Must have skills and experience :
1. Education: Master's degree.
2. Experience: Over 6 years in program management.
3. Roadmap Creation: Skill in creating strategic roadmaps.
4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to align stakeholders.
5. Steerco and Team Management: Over 5 years managing Steerco and multiple teams.
6. Effective Communication: Negotiation and consensus-building skills
