About Brussels Airlines: Brussels Airlines, part of the Lufthansa Group, is the national airline of Belgium with its home base at Brussels Airport. Our mission is to be the most reliable airline, making everyone feel at home.
We are expanding our Maintenance team to ensure all our aircraft are airworthy. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled line and light maintenance tasks according to the appropriate aircraft maintenance manuals, focusing on the following work scopes:
1. Line & Light Maintenance on the Airbus A32F fleet
2. Line & Light Maintenance on the Airbus A330 fleet
Main tasks & responsibilities:
1. Oversee and verify line maintenance activities, including basic cabin-related tasks.
2. Diagnose and track persistent technical issues.
3. Perform mandatory inspection tasks when authorized by the company license and inspection rating.
4. Conduct testing on aircraft systems.
5. Manage aircraft towing, push-back operations, and maintain radio communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC).
6. Ensure accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation of aircraft records and company procedures.
7. Supervise and maintain ground support equipment and worksite conditions.
8. Issue the Release to Service promptly, diligently, and to high-quality standards.
Your profile:
You are a Part 66 A, B1 licensed Aircraft Technician (on at least one of our AC types) OR you are a Part 66 A, B1 licensed Aircraft technician on other AC types and motivated to be fully trained on our AC types. You have a very good level of technical English (all our manuals and classroom training are in English). You work accurately and autonomously, bringing quality assurance and a sense of responsibility. Safety is important to you. You have excellent communication skills and are team-oriented. You bring a positive attitude and a solution-minded approach, with good analytical abilities focused on operational efficiency.
