* Design, implement, and optimize compensation & benefits policies aligned with company strategy
* Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning
* Manage and improve employee benefits programs
* Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with social legislation and HR best practices
Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Profile
* Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR role
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
