Create an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to job offer and onboarding Partner with managers and editors to gain understanding of our open or future needs in terms of recruitment Utilize social media, networking and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process Build and maintain manageable talent pools Actively participate in job fairs and recruiting events when relevant Work with the Director, Talent Acquisition to identify process improvements and new ways of working Screen, interview and prepare candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Participate in other HR projects as needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant field At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience and 7 years of relevant total work experience A full life-cycle recruitment experience, agency or in-house, and if you have ‘European bubble' or media industry experience that would be an advantage (but is not essential).
