Job Description:
What does your day look like?
1. Support in the coordination and follow up across all CPChem departments including order input, product availability, delivery, invoicing and documentation handling.
2. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of sales orders/quotations in SAP.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete necessary export documents for custom/international purposes.
4. Responsible for handling returns & complaints and maintaining contact with major stakeholders such as Customers, Sales Managers, Materials Management Coordinators, Logistics Coordinators, Finance Department, CSRs.
5. Keep the customer informed of the order status (SAP, Power BI).
6. Provide support to Sales and Marketing and provide relevant data and reports to Sales and Marketing e.g. order status, delivery status, critical issues etc.
7. Attend weekly meetings with stakeholders.
For an international player in the field of chemicals, we are currently looking for a customer service representative.
What do we expect from our new colleague?
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
2. Preferably a first working experience in an international environment.
3. Meticulous, accurate in the processing of documents/data.
4. Knowledge of incoterms and payment terms (letter of credit) is an asset.
5. Able to and interested in providing administrative support/customer service.
6. Good communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities successfully.
7. Problem solving team player with a hands on mentality and a pro active mindset.
8. Good language skills: proficiency in English Dutch.
