Key responsibilities:
* Support the External Sales Representative as their right hand for the Turkish market.
* Manage the internal mailbox and ensure efficient follow-up of customer inquiries and orders.
* Create and adjust quotations, including price adjustments and negotiations with customers.
* Actively contribute to commercial opportunities (30% commercial, not purely technical sales).
* Resolve customer issues and proactively think of improvements in the sales process.
* Work with an ERP system (complex matter, with an onboarding period of 6 to 12 months).
* Conduct analyses and reporting using Power BI to gain insights and optimize the sales strategy.
* Manage and optimize order processes, including tracking missing and placed orders.
* Actively contribute to improving internal processes and efficiency.
What we're looking for:
* Fluent in Turkish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Previous experience in inside sales, business development, sales support or customer service.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
