Description
* To administratively process credit decisions in accordance with the department's internal procedures in order to prepare accurate credit and collateral documentation and ensure accurate and timely administrative tracking of limits, collateral and products.
* Reviewing and administratively processing the credit documentation sent and received in accordance with the department's internal procedures in order to keep the information available in the various systems constantly up-to-date
* Following up and scheduling correspondence sent (or received) by the department in order to maximize efficiency and provide error-free service to internal and external customers.
* Prepare timely and accurate reports related to credit files in order to ensure smooth communication and follow-up between the department and internal customers (the relationship manager and departmental manager)
* Monitoring and tracking the limits, collateral forms and conditions in the systems throughout the life of a credit file in order to detect anomalies and expiration dates of credits and collateral in a timely manner and immediately notify the concerned parties (the relationship manager and the department manager).
* Telephone and written contact with internal departments (Finance, Front-Office, Mid-Office, Back-Office, etc... ) and external parties (such as notaries, government agencies, etc... ) in order to supplement and complete ongoing files.
Profile
* You have at least a bachelor degree
* You are very good at administration: hands-on, accurate, proactive, well organized
* You approach matters with a critical attitude and have a dose of common sense
* You enjoy working in a changing environment and are open to new tasks and challenges
* You are sociable and communicative and have the following language skills: Dutch: mother tongue / French: very fluent both spoken and written / English: very fluent both spoken and written
* Computer skills: fluent and mastery of standard Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, ...)
* You are stress resistant
* You can prioritize, plan and manage your time efficiently
* You can work independently as well as in a team
* You preferably have an affinity with legal topics and financial services terminology (but it is not necessary)
* Knowledge of rules around credit (WCK: Consumer Credit Act and WHK: Mortgage Credit Act) is a plus (but not necessary)
