W Racing Team, known as Team WRT, is a professional autosport racing team, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Baudour and Stavelot, Belgium. From April 2025 onwards our premises shall be in Liège.
Apart from running various international race programs, WRT is also known as a manufacturer through its subsidiary, WRT Manufacturing which develops roll cages and chassis reinforcement for several of the world’s largest works motorsport programs, including the complete build of some race cars.

The WRT Warehouse Coordinator manages the warehouse in a conscious and precise way as if he/she is the personal owner of the warehouse. This position is key instrumental to the distribution of products and managing the storage warehouse.
The duties of the Warehouse Coordinator will include:
* Manage the stock on a day-to-day basis to achieve daily performance measures and labour productivity.
* Manage the “goods-in” of parts, following correct stock policies and procedures.
* Review, design and implement a strong and robust stock “goods in” system.
* Manage quality control of parts during the “goods in” process.
* Ensure correct labelling and engraving of parts.
* Manage all stock for age of stock to reduce the number of downgrades and write-offs (FIFO method).
* Work in close collaboration with the Fun Cup departments: purchase, technical and customer support. Provide efficient stock management to serve needs from customer support, production, car assembly and engines.
* Provide support to customers' order preparation.
* Provide parts picking support for production, car assembly and engine department.
* Write, implement, maintain and control processes.
* Monthly reporting.
The Warehouse Coordinator should have the following desired skillset:
* Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years. Basic knowledge of car parts is a must.
* Hands-on approach with a flexible “Can Do” & “Will Do” attitude.
* Flexible with workload and tight deadlines.
* Ability to work during weekends for on-track parts support.
* WMS routine handling is an advantage.
* Knowledge of French and English required; notions of German and Dutch considered a bonus.
* Strong communication, organisation and planning capacities.
* Customer-oriented.
