Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Account Manager to join our CCG RSD Division. As a key member of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the sale of our exceptional products and services to Biotech Segment customers.About the RoleYou will perform sales calls to understand customer needs and implement tailored solutions that meet their expectationsYou will understand the structure, relationships, and connections in key accounts and build strategies that align with key decision makersYou will optimize partnerships with a broad network of cross-functional internal and external collaborators to drive revenue targetsYou will develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand business; identify new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectivesYou will research competitor and industry activity to remain informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customersYou will use analytics to build strategies and uncover opportunities; generate opportunities by introducing new productsYou will maintain accurate reporting, records, and files critical for accurate management of territoryYou will positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locationsResponsibilitiesYou will exhibit a high level of self-discipline and coach or mentor teammates in planning and prioritizing sales activitiesYou will set strategic sales and business goals, implements plans to meet short and long term objectivesYou will maintain the direction of the sales territory to achieve growth and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunitiesYou will possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skillsYou will possess the ability to multi-task and meet target datesYou will be proficient in MS Office, pricing and analytics tools, and able to learn new digital toolsYou will accurately and promptly submit reports and expenses claimsYou will be willing to travel to customer sites, sales meetings and for training events, as neededYou will understand when to raise issues to manager; perform other tasks assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree, with a preference for Science or Business degrees.
