About the Role
* As a team leader for ICT helpdesk and application management, you will oversee first-line team members and actively collaborate when necessary.
* In partnership with your team, ensure seamless support for users of ICT systems and applications.
* You will maintain close attention to internal clients' needs and expectations, adopting a proactive approach to analyze tickets and adjust workflows and processes accordingly.
* Regularly report recurring issues to the helpdesk & application management manager and work collaboratively with ICT colleagues to develop structural solutions.
About You
* You possess experience managing first-line ICT teams.
* You hold a bachelor's degree.
* You are a passionate team leader who can motivate and inspire your team members.
* You remain attentive to the development of skills and expertise within the team.
* Dutch (native) and English (excellent level)
