Key Role in Sales Administration Department
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager, coordinator and sales management facilitator to play a crucial role in the growth, organisation, monitoring and optimisation of our sales administration department in Belgium, England, France and export.
Groupe Bouvard Pro is looking for a passionate professional who is focused on rigor and results, able to support our different sites in different countries in the structuring of their internal sales processes, systems and teams.
About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Optimising the ordering and sales process: Analyze existing processes and implement efficient workflows and tools to increase productivity and quality of internal sales.
* CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION: Customer interaction, dispute management and inter-team communication.
* System Management and Enhancement: Select, implement and train new CRM systems and other relevant software related to the management of sales administration.
* Team Development: Coach and supervise sales administration teams at different locations, stimulate knowledge sharing and best practices, and ensure uniform approach to managing the group's sales cycle.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data, including payments, to identify areas of improvement, trends, and make suggestions for improvement based on them.
* Project Management: Lead projects around process optimisation and implementation of the sales administration system.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
* An HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a commercial or business direction of a group of companies.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment.
* An excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
* An analytical force, results-oriented, structured, pragmatic global approach.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues of different nationalities at different levels.
* Experience with ERP, CRM, and other relevant software systems.
