Our client is a strong actor of its sector and is looking for HR Manager.
The Job:
1. Be the reference person for social legislation and regulations
2. Be the person in charge of the HR department and regular contact with the exeutive committee
3. Follow up workers' documents and keep staff-related data up to date
4. Manage benefits, timekeeping and payroll
5. Maintain relations with the company's external partners
6. Manage workers' schedules
7. Use the Social Security portal
8. Manage and monitor compulsory external training and refresher courses
9. Drawing up a training plan and implementing in-house training courses
10. Recruiting and sourcing new employees, drawing up job descriptions and scheduling interviews
11. Administrative management of social clauses
12. Provide the necessary support to complete the cycle of assessments and interviews (annual and periodic) and ensure administrative follow-up
13. Hard and Soft HR
Your Profile:
14. At least 10 years' experience in human resources
15. Fluent in Dutch and French
16. Excellent knowledge of social legislation
17. Rigorous, organised, sociable, empathetic, patient, analytical
18. Excellent organisational skills
