s:Under the guidance of the Network Management lead, but largely operating independently, the Network Technician will be responsible fo
* r:Providing first and second-level support for network-related service request
* s.Diagnosing and resolving network-related incidents and issue
* s.Installing, replacing, modifying, and configuring network infrastructur
* e.Monitoring network performance and proactively identifying and resolving potential issue
* s.Documenting network configurations and processes through Standard Operating Procedure
* s.Utilizing network security tools and identity management systems for client installations, relocations, and modification
* s.Assisting with security assessments and related preparation
* s.Acting as a technical lead for standalone internet connections and carrier network
* s.Supervising and coordinating with external ICT service providers as neede
* d.Leading activities related to Passive Network Infrastructure (PNWI
