PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Lead and execute Installation Engineering (IE) activities in support of one or several Projects, in close cooperation with the Installation team within Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation scope
2. Ensure delivery and quality of the documentation in compliance with M&U Signaling strategies
3. Ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Project Installation Engineering Leader organizes, leads, and coordinates the IE studies and activities, in coordination with the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM, Site Managers and Installation Supervisors, including:
4. Organize and lead the full Project Installation Engineering Team, also from different Countries
5. Provide the list of deliverables with related schedule and workload, also in accordance with the reference library (analysis of reusable documents, gaps, …)
6. Propose the validation cycle of the documentation (Internal and external: Customer, Subcontractor, …)
7. Report on the progress of the delivery of the document to be provided as per schedule
8. Support the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM for QCD review of the IE activities, including Risk identification and mitigation proposal
9. Interfaces with other Project stakeholders – internal or external - for getting needed data, for delivering the IE
10. Identifies and reports on issues on document and drawing delivered and provide REX on main route cause of issues and on reference library evolution
11. Performs Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary)
12. Liaises with BIM Coordinators to coordinate common Installation Engineering studies and deliverables
13. Ensure application of D&IS Installation and FO Process for Installation Engineering activities

15. Number of documents and drawing version.
16. Achieve optimizations in projects (Including transfer to LCC of Installation Engineering activities)
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Highly qualified technician or Engineer degree level or equivalent education or experiences
Desirable:
Certification on Autocad and/or other Design tool
Experience
Mandatory:
17. Basic experience on railway site management
18. Strong knowledge of Railway products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)
19. 5+ year's production experience in design, drafting or engineering (Project and/or construction experience appreciated)
Desirable:
20. Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
21. EHS background
22. Knowledge of BIM procedures and tools
