We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead IT improvement projects focused on areas like project delivery, release & change management, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has proven expertise in Change & Transformation and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Key responsibilities
Primary tasks:
Lead and manage teams effectively
Create project timelines and milestones
Assign tasks and roles to team members
Identify and manage risks and issues
Define project scopes and ensure technical alignment between sub-projects
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Manage internal staff and external contractors
Proactively suggest technical solutions and innovations
Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Set up a process for project reviews and apply lessons learned
Contribute to creating a learning environment for sharing knowledge
Manage project budgets
Secondary tasks:
Foster positive communication and networks to support project management
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
Resolve conflicts (technical and non-technical)
Ensure smooth project operations and define roles for all stakeholders
Address feedback and manage deliverable changes from customers
Qualifications
Technical
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management
Proven track record in Change & Transformation
Certified in Prince2, PMI, or similar frameworks
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Non-technical
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and quick learner
Customer-focused and results-oriented
Well-organized with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
High accountability and adaptability to change
Expertise in stakeholder management
Languages
Fluent in Dutch & French
Excellent knowledge of English
