ROLE
We’re looking for a driven Sr. Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, integrated, socially savvy and curious individual to nurture and develop some of the region’s most loved and established brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Under the supervision of a Group Account Director, lead clients’ projects and manage daily operations.
* Coordinate various online and social projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
* Ensure alignment among the creative team, traffic manager, production manager, and media throughout a project to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow.
* Overcome difficulties and find solutions during projects while keeping the Group Account Director informed.
* Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with clients and agency members to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
Client
* Have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and major trends shaping their market(s).
* Act as the main point of contact for clients.
* Build relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding.
Creative/Strategy
* Be the main contact for the creative team, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm.
* Master a range of presentation techniques to inspire the client and sell creative work.
Finance
* Manage the agency’s billing system and be responsible for invoicing and issuing POs.
* Understand the financial forecast and overview of clients.
Administration
* Have thorough knowledge of all agency systems: plan briefings, reviews, follow planning procedures, etc.
* Ensure work is produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
* Collaborate closely with the Account Director to establish a structured way of working.
PROFILE
* 5-8 years of experience – deep expertise in digital & social media campaigns, and adaptations of global campaigns.
* Perfectly fluent in French & English; fluency in Dutch is a plus.
* Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business.
* Skillful project management – expert in scoping and delivering projects on time and budget.
* Proven experience in managing team members with a people-focused mindset.
* Enthusiastic team player, curious and keen to grow & learn, flexible and open to working in an agile environment.
