Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support our talent acquisition team in the recruitment process. This role will involve contributing to hiring top talent for both permanent and temporary positions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Spreading the word about our vacancies through various channels, including social media, advertisements, and professional networks.
* Coordinating with hiring teams to schedule online and onsite interviews and collecting feedback through our e-recruiting system.
* Drafting employment contracts for new colleagues and facilitating their onboarding process.

Profile
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent, preferably with 1 year of experience in an HR department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR administration, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Requirements
* Familiarity with Office 365 and Excel for reporting purposes.
* Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of Dutch as a plus.
