We are currently looking for our future colleague here at Excel Careers / Excel Interim, Recruitment Consultancy based in Brussels. You will initially start as an Operations Coordinator for the first 6 months to 1 year, to then become a junior Recruitment Consultant. Main Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to the Consultants
2. Liaising and communicate with clients and candidates
3. Doing general research work
4. Preparing the monthly statistical and forecasting report
5. Performing reception duties
6. Welcoming candidates and visitors
7. Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence
8. Preparing mailings and external communications
9. Managing all kind of different projects
10. Filing and archiving
Profile:
11. Experience in project coordination and/or administrative support roles in an international corporate environment is a plus
12. Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
13. Ability to prioritize, good organizational and communicational skills
14. Eye for detail and quality, results-minded and service-minded, autonomous and flexible
15. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
