What you'll do
Lead the charge in resolving major incidents swiftly, minimizing business disruptions
Coordinate technical troubleshooting calls and guide cross-functional teams to success
Facilitate post-incident reviews, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement
Maintain top-tier incident process documentation and onboarding materials
Collaborate with Problem Management to ensure seamless incident ticket management
Monitor incidents, provide insightful impact assessments, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership
What we're looking for
Experience : 3+ years as an Incident Manager in complex operational environments
Expertise : Strong grasp of ITIL methodology (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Skills : Excellent communication, proficiency in ITSM tooling, and a knack for leadership
Languages : Fluent in English (C1 minimum); French is a bonus
Certifications : ITIL Foundation and Prince 2 Practitioner are a plus
Technical Know-How : Familiarity with Flink, Kafka, Kubernetes, MicroServices, and Elastic Search is advantageous
Education : Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Special Requirement : EU Secret PSC clearance is mandatory for this role
