The candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of brokers in East Flanders. Our client is a leading insurance company registered in Luxembourg. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance sales. Establish productive and professional relationships with brokers network. Negotiate and close agreements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Report on sales results to senior management. A successful 'Account Manager' should have: A strong educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. Proven experience in a sales role within the insurance industry. An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. An annual salary range between €60,000 and €90,000 with a full benefits package...
