About the role
Are you eager to leave a mark on the world of health and hygiene with innovative ideas? Reckitt is looking for a Marketing Trainee between the month of September through end of December. This role is your chance to support a dynamic team and grow your marketing skills in a company that's changing lives globally. To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will assist him/her on the development of the brand. Including:
1. Daily management of the brand: you track the sales and analyse their monthly evolution, build ad hoc analysis, and oversee the competitive intelligence.
2. Project development: you will participate to the creation of promotional offers, to the development of packaging, artwork, POS material and customer tools.
3. Trade support: you will participate to the strategy development, the sales policy, and marketing plan for your brand.
You'll be part of an international and multicultural team where diversity is very high both in terms of gender and in terms of nationality, where performance and achievement are the common ground to build growth.
The experience we're looking for
4. Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
5. Fluency in English. French or Dutch will be considered a plus.
6. Excellent analytical skills, written and oral skills, as well as creativity.
7. Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity.
8. Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
9. Tenacious and resilient.
10. Eager to learn.
11. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
