Main Responsibilities
Project Management & Operations Optimization
* Participate in the redesign and writing of new operational processes to improve the group's productivity and efficiency.
* Analyse data and propose recommendations based on performance indicators (KPIs).
* Contribute to the optimization of digital tools used by the group.
* Ensure rigorous follow-up of ongoing projects, from planning to implementation.
Sales & Marketing | New Media
* Participate in the group's digital strategy, particularly through social media and digital marketing.
* Support business development and revenue optimization initiatives.
* Contribute to the development of communication materials and sales tools.
* Analyse market trends and the performance of marketing campaigns.
Customer Experience & Innovation
* Collaborate with field teams to improve the customer experience and ensure a customer-centric approach.
* Identify opportunities for innovation in hotel services.
* Participate in the implementation of digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Desired Profile
* Student in business school, hotel management, or related field.
* Analytical mindset, keen on data management and fact-based decision making.
* Very comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and analytical platforms.
* Ability to take initiatives and work autonomously.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch.
* Passion for hospitality, service, and innovation.
