You will ensure the efficient execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, compensation and benefits programs, monthly payroll and reconciliation processes, year-end reporting, and general HR administration. In doing so, you will ensure compliance with Sofina’s group and HR processes, aiming for high-quality output. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of new HR tools and processes at a global level.What You Will Do Execution of onboarding & offboarding processes in our Belgian and Luxembourg entities.Preparing the monthly payroll instructions for our Belgian and Luxembourg entities and ensure first line review.Preparing the monthly reconciliation with our finance team.Preparing legal reports when applicable.Assisting in the preparation of tax audits for our Luxembourg entities.Actively participating in the preparation of our annual reporting cycle (headcount/ FTE, remuneration report, CSRD,...).Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (incl.
