As a Team Lead Customer Service, you will lead a European team, drive operational excellence, and implement standardized processes across Europe with a higher focus on handling the relations with our Sellers in our local markets.
What will you do?
As a key player in our Customer Service team, you will:
* Lead & coach a European team, fostering growth and motivation
* Focus on the handling of part of our Sellers portfolio in the local markets together with the team members
* Ensure high-quality service by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and monitoring performance
* Implement best practices and standardized workflows across Europe
* Analyze & report team performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
* Act as a change ambassador, driving OPENLANE’s success in the European market
Requirements
Who are you?
* Proven experience in customer service activities (Buyers & Sellers)
* Full proficiency in using Salesforce and Back Office tools
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Ability to manage priorities and optimize team workflows
* Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring & reporting
* Willingness to travel within Europe (min. 15%)
* Fluent in English and in another local language (NL, DE, FR, IT)
