MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization within marketing funnels.
2. Conduct thorough audits of marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to experiment with different variations of messaging, design, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement optimization strategies and solutions.
5. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the impact of optimization efforts.
6. Optimize landing pages, forms, checkout processes, and other conversion points to reduce friction, improve usability, and increase conversion rates.
7. Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
8. Develop and maintain a testing roadmap and prioritization framework to guide optimization efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX design, and digital marketing.
10. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, experimentation results, and user feedback to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, or user experience (UX) design.
3. Proficiency in web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and data analysis techniques.
4. Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front end development frameworks is a plus.
6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data driven decisions.
