We will rely on you to:
10. Acquire and retain new customers and planning sales expectations.
11. As first personal contact for new clients, you will review the insurance portfolio and identify gaps in the insurance cover for the customer.
12. Develop solutions to improve the customer's insurance cover and make direct recommendations.
13. When implementing new business, you will also carry out the tendering and negotiation with insurers in certain areas, including the preparation of offers and presentation of these to clients.
14. Advise and support our clients and network partners in all matters relating to company insurance.
15. Implement and support the incoming international insurance programs of the international holding company as well as the local insurance contracts of our customers.
16. You are the central point of contact in the event of a claim and are responsible for forwarding it to the claims team and ensuring that the claim is checked and correspondence with the customer is handled.
17. Manage the full range of insurance purchasing required by the client from requesting offers to inputting the policy conditions into different management systems.
18. Keep tabs on the development of the technical aspects of the policies.
19. Work in close cooperation with different colleagues.
20. Stay on top of Market trends and product developments.
21. Be the clients contact for all general questions and delegates specific question to the concerned colleagues.
What you need to have:
22. Hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, insurance or risk.
23. Preferably professional experience in risk or (multinational) insurance management or account management.
24. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French is required to strengthen the sales and client relationship experience.
25. Eagerness to exchange collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company.
26. You are experienced in "B to B" business and can operate in a high-performance environment.
27. Think outside of the box, a can-do positive attitude, interpersonal skills, flexibility, team spirit.
28. You find your way around Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
