The organization fosters a culture of innovation and is committed to ethical business practices.The OpportunityThe Senior Compliance Officer will serve as a key figure within the Ethics & Anti-Corruption team, focusing on the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs that align with international regulations and uphold the company's values.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for compliance topics, including anti-corruption, business partner screening, conflict of interest, gifts and invitations.Lead the development and execution of global ethics and anti-corruption policies, ensuring adherence to the Group's Code of Ethics.Conduct corruption risk assessments and support on third party risk assessment,managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).compliance risk assessments and due diligence on third parties, managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).Oversee training programs on compliance matters, ensuring high engagement and completion rates.Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.Collaborate with various departments, including HR and Legal, and report on compliance activities regularly.Guide the coordination of group compliance activities and support local compliance coordinators with urgent issues.Who Are We Looking ForBig thinkers.
