At our Lummen site, SABCA Limburg, we are specialized in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft. On the one hand, we produce integrated
skins for flaps and stabilizers using two automatic tape-layers and very large autoclaves and of course, our colleagues’ extended know-how. In cooperation with the
Engineering office in Brussels, SABCA Limburg is also responsible for the flap track fairings of several aircraft.
On the other hand, the Space industry is also present in this plant with the final system integration of Ariane and Vega assemblies.
Mission:
We are currently in the midst of launching our F35 project at SABCA Lummen. As part of this project, we produce two components for the F35. Therefore, we are looking for a Project Management Assistant to strengthen our team. You will provide general support to the Project Manager and Program Manager of this F35 project.
Tasks:
Your job responsibilities will include:
1. You will be responsible for following up and managing the project planning. Based on input from the Project and Program Manager, you will ensure a structured and up-to-date project plan. You will map out the key milestones and implement them in the planning.
2. You will prepare reports for both internal and external use. This includes progress reports for our own management and directed towards our customer and government agencies.
3. Financial management, including the preparation of financial reports and cash flow overviews, will also be your responsibility. You will assist in managing cash flow and prepare necessary financial forecasts and detailed reports based on data.
4. You will help prepare meetings and customer visits. This can include creating presentations, gathering data for audits, and generally organizing meetings.
5. You will clearly communicate the current project plan to the necessary parties.
6. Collaborate and assume responsibilities at his/her level with regard to the EN quality standard and the ISO environmental standard
Profile:
7. You have (initial) experience in a similar administrative role.
8. You are administratively strong and enjoy working accurately.
9. You have experience in preparing (financial) reports and are numerically competent.
10. Experience in a project environment is a definite plus.
11. You are proactive and can certainly work independently.
Skills:
12. Initial experience with MS Project.
13. Proficient with other MS Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
14. Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
