9. Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
10. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
11. Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
12. Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
13. Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications sector.
14. Language Proficiency: Is fluent in either French or Dutch as a native language, with an extended knowledge of the other language, along with strong proficiency in English.
