Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth by qualifying and closing new business deals in Europe, meeting individual sales quotas.
* Prospect new clients through phone, email, or social networks, understanding their needs and showcasing the value of our digital solution.
* Negotiate and close contracts, becoming a specialist and networker in Grant making, Volunteering, and Sponsorship Management.
* Expand existing customer relationships, driving cross-sales and referrals.
* Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders, expanding our reach beyond existing users.
* Manage the sales cycle from A to Z, developing the brand and working closely with other teams.
* Participate in strategic thinking and market analysis.
Your Profile:
* 2-3+ years of experience in new logo acquisition and outbound sales within a SaaS company.
* Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Carried an individual quota and consistently achieved or exceeded targets.
* Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) is highly desirable.
* Fluency in French and English, strong prospecting skills, and ability to self-generate new sales leads.
* Familiarity with Sales CRM tools and other sales tools is a plus.
