Technical Consultant
As our technical consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the implementation and upgrades of our cutting-edge Dedalus Healthcare products (Radiology, Scheduling, Pharmacy, Labo’s,…) in the market. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that customers are supported and guided in technical questions, issues, and implementations.
You'll have a critical consultancy role, where you'll provide expert advice on technical implementation, architecture, and configuration of processes supported by our installed products. With your deep understanding of functional requirements within healthcare organizations, you'll be able to convey your expertise to both customers and colleagues.
The customers we work with are primarily in Belgium/Netherlands region, and as the technical point of contact during projects, you'll be responsible for maintaining excellent communication and providing regular updates. You are a natural communicator with outstanding leadership skills and analytical abilities, making you a valuable asset to our team.

What your days may look like:
1. Guide and coordinate technical tasks in our projects and upgrades from start to finish
2. Create and maintain project documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency
3. Report on task status to the project manager to maintain transparency
4. Analyze and follow up on technical issues to ensure smooth operations
5. Visit customers as a consultant to provide support and advice on environment management
6. Provide technical support internal and external
7. Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure successful outcomes.
What you bring to the table:
8. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field (preferably computer science) or equivalent competencies (minimum of 3 years experience in (Healthcare) IT environment)
9. Extensive knowledge in IT domains
10. Knowledge of networking and network security
11. Problem solver

14. Team player attitude
