As our Store Manager:
1. You manage an Orange store and staff in a specific region to meet sales, customer satisfaction, and brand image objectives.
2. You lead by example to guide your team to commercial successes and high customer satisfaction.
3. You are responsible for store operations, merchandising, processes, and the development of local networks.
4. You recruit your shop staff, in close collaboration with your Regional Sales Manager and HR department.
5. You communicate fluently in Dutch and have knowledge of English & French.
How can you make the difference at our Orange Store:
1. As an inspiring Manager, you motivate your salespeople during team meetings and on-the-floor training, with the objective to help them grow and develop excellent sales skills.
2. You clearly communicate the Orange store objectives and take necessary actions when needed.
3. To increase traffic in your Orange Store, you define and implement local commercial actions.
4. As an Orange ambassador, you are responsible for the image of your store and guarantee that our customers have insight into different Orange products, services, and pricing.
You have experience in & knowledge of:
1. Retail & Shop Management
2. Orange Products and Services
3. Sales techniques and service methods on B2C & B2B approach
