Your main responsibilities include:
* Pitching membership to potential new non-members.
* Researching new member and sponsorship prospects.
* Attending events and exhibitions, acting as an ambassador for the Association-meeting members, and establishing new contacts and prospects.
* Preparing membership proposals and delivering presentations to prospective members and sponsors.
* Providing feedback to the marketing and management teams on developments and trends across all industry sectors.
* Maintaining relationships with members and stakeholders.
* Developing new offers and services, including detailed market strategies and pricing plans.
* Ability to think critically and execute tasks effectively.
* Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* European language skills (e.g., French or Spanish) are a bonus but not essential.
* Professional and proactive approach with a customer (member)-focused mindset.
